Fair Value Gaps vs Order Blocks - Which is more reliable?

I have been backtesting Strategy #12 from the course, and I noticed that FVGs seem to get filled much faster than price returning to a deep Order Block. Do you guys prefer entering on the FVG or waiting for the extreme OB?
