CMA flags QVSE as an illegal Ponzi Scheme! Thousands of Kenyans defrauded.

Guys, if anyone here had money in the QVSE (Quant Vest Stock Exchange), it's officially gone. The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) has flagged it as a collapsed Ponzi scheme. They promised fixed daily returns, forced aggressive recruitment, and then randomly froze everyone's accounts. Now they are demanding KES 65,000 as a 'verification deposit' to unfreeze withdrawals! Please do not send them a single shilling. It's a classic exit scam!

Wash wash tupu! I keep telling you guys, in the real financial markets, 'fixed daily returns' do not exist. Even hedge funds on Wall Street don't make fixed daily returns. Why would an obscure app run by the 'Global Investment Group' guarantee you daily profits? Kenyans love shortcuts too much.

The funniest and saddest part is that a huge majority of the victims are teachers. Why is it always teachers getting caught in these things? The whole staff room at my local primary school took Mwalimu Sacco loans to put into QVSE because the Deputy Principal withdrew profits once. Sasa walimu wanalia kwa staffroom, no one is teaching.

What's worse is the psychological manipulation they are doing right now. They've launched a fake platform called 'Apollo Exchange' promising to recover QVSE funds, but only if you make NEW deposits! It is a recovery trap. You are literally paying the thief to recover money from the same thief.

The red flag for me was the communication. Why were they forcing users to communicate via that obscure 'Bond' messaging app instead of normal WhatsApp or Telegram? Ni kuficha evidence. Hizo apps zinakuwanga encrypted so that DCI cannot trace the admin IPs.

I saw on the news that the DCI actually charged two local women in court over this scam. But let's be honest, those local agents are just pawns. The real masterminds running the QVSE servers are probably sitting in Eastern Europe or Asia enjoying the billions they siphoned from East Africa.

I wish I saw this a month ago. I took a salary advance and put 150k in there because my cousin was withdrawing daily profits. Now they are telling me to pay the 65k verification fee to release my 150k. My heart is completely broken. Is there any chance the CMA can recover our money through the banks?

Pole sana Akinyi, but that money is gone. Do not send the 65k, utaoshwa mara mbili. CMA can only warn the public, they cannot reverse crypto or offshore wires. Let this be a painful tuition fee for everyone. Just learn to trade real Forex, accept the losses and wins, and stop looking for platforms that trade 'on your behalf'.
