How to pass FTMO Challenge Kenya (Cheap Prop Firm Evaluation Accounts)

Looking for advice on how to pass FTMO challenge Kenya. I have blown two accounts already because I get greedy during the New York overlap. Are there any strict daily drawdown rules I should follow? Also, before I buy another $100k challenge, does anyone know a highly rated but cheap prop firm evaluation account I can practice with first?
